The more information we can get from you — when it happens, what it sounds like, how often it happens, whether it happens hot or cold, at certain speeds, while braking, turning or accelerating — the better information we can give our technician.
Those details help our techs look at the complete picture instead of just one symptom. Sometimes one small piece of information from you can make a big difference when it comes to finding the actual cause of the problem.
