Vere’s gearbox on the bench MMMotoWerks Canada 🇨🇦 was still shifting, although not well, with the cracked pawl spring… for how long no one knows…. Glad we caught it in time. Also swapped in the proper input shaft as this 1976 box had the later (short) spline swapped in at some point, and was incorrect for this 1978 R100/7 and yes the output seal was installed backwards Back up and on the road tomorrow after I get it installed in the bike, out for a test ride.

Team MM Moto Werks placed 2nd in the final 3 hour endurance race of the VRRA 🇨🇦 season, securing 1st place in the overall Middleweight Championship! Thanks to team boss Bob Whittleton for the great bike, and riders Chris Marshall, Shaun McDonald, Mathew Gill, as well as Sandra Phothisen for timing and scoring and pit support.
