Message aux amateurs d'overland
Par le passé, nous avons eu l'occasion de distribuer les tentes de toit 23Zero — des produits de qualité, dotés à l'époque d'une technologie de fabrication à l'avant-garde du marché.
Malheureusement, nous étions (mal) desservis par l'entremise d'un distributeur canadien. Devant les problématiques rencontrées, nous avions entamé il y a un peu plus d'un an une démarche pour devenir nous-mêmes distributeurs pour l'Est du Canada. Notre objectif était simple : offrir à notre clientèle un service compétent, bilingue, et surtout un service après-vente direct, sans intermédiaire.
Après plusieurs rondes de négociation, la direction du distributeur principal en Amérique du Nord a changé. La nouvelle équipe nous a clairement signifié que le marché canadien ne figurait pas parmi ses priorités.
Vous verrez probablement, au cours des prochaines semaines, des offres de liquidation sur les produits 23Zero. Ces offres pourraient sembler alléchantes, mais sachez que le service à la clientèle ne sera malheureusement plus assuré au Canada. C'est un élément important à considérer avant tout achat.
Nous aurions sincèrement aimé ajouter cette marque à notre offre. Cela dit, devant ce manque d'engagement envers le marché canadien, nous sommes finalement bien contents que le partenariat n'ait pas abouti.
Nous sommes surtout extrêmement reconnaissants de travailler avec des partenaires comme 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗮𝗸, 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝟰𝘅𝟰, 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿 et 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘇𝗲 — des entreprises qui ont toujours collaboré étroitement avec nous et qui réitèrent leur volonté de poursuivre dans cette direction.

A message to the overland community
In the past, we had the opportunity to distribute 23Zero rooftop tents — quality products that, at the time, featured manufacturing technology at the cutting edge of the market.
Unfortunately, we were (poorly) served through a Canadian distributor. Faced with the issues that arose, we began a process a little over a year ago to become distributors ourselves for Eastern Canada. Our goal was simple: to offer our customers competent, bilingual service and, above all, direct after-sales support with no middleman.
After several rounds of negotiation, the leadership of the main North American distributor changed. The new team made it clear to us that the Canadian market was not among its priorities.
Over the coming weeks, you'll likely see clearance offers on 23Zero products. These offers may seem tempting, but please be aware that customer service will unfortunately no longer be available in Canada. That's an important factor to consider before any purchase.
We genuinely would have liked to add this brand to our lineup. That said, given this lack of commitment to the Canadian market, we're ultimately quite glad the partnership didn't go through.
