With a 68,000-square-foot facility throughout three buildings on a 42-acre site located in Nanticoke, PA, Eclipse Fleet Service has grown into a leader in the aftermarket and upfitting industry. With their extensive amenities that include paint and sandblast facilities, their team is fully equipped for collision repair, service needs, part sales, vehicle refurbishing and aftermarket upfitting.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Cambli has completed the sale of its HESSE beverage transport vehicle division to CFT Trailers, a Quebec company specializing in the manufacture of aluminum trailers.

"This decision is part of a strategic vision to focus on operational efficiency and consolidate our leadership in product segments in which we hold leading-edge expertise. We are convinced that this transaction will benefit all parties involved, by strengthening our respective offerings and maintaining the production of an exceptional transportation portfolio in Quebec" explained Véronique Tougas, President of Cambli.

The transition of HESSE products’ manufacturing activities from Cambli to CFT Trailers will take place over the next few weeks. Both teams are committed to working closely together to ensure a smooth transfer and minimize the impact on customers.

The transaction was completed on August 17, 2023.
