What You’ll Do

* Diagnose and repair vehicles within prescribed flat-rate guidelines
* Complete multipoint inspections and perform maintenance and repair work as assigned
* Clarify repair orders and communicate with advisors and management when needed
* Maintain a clean, organized work environment (bay, bench, and hoist)
* Notify administration of delays and ensure accurate repair documentation
* Stay current with manufacturer training and industry standards
* Safely road test vehicles (minimum 1 km pre-repair and 3–4 km post-repair) and record final mileage
* Follow procedures, safety standards, and company policies
* Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
* Registered in the automotive apprenticeship program
* Chrysler training and experience considered an asset
