🚗 Hiring: Service Advisor / Front Desk (Automotive Shop)
We’ve got more work than we can handle, looking for the right person to run the front and backend of the shop.
This is not a basic receptionist role.
You’ll be quoting jobs, talking with customers, dispatching work, and keeping the shop flowing day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
• Quotes (labour + parts)
• Customer communication (calls, text, in person)
• Payments + invoicing
• Dispatching jobs to techs
• Keeping the shop organized and on track
You’ll do well if you:
• Stay organized under pressure
• Can think on your own
• Are confident dealing with people
• Actually care about getting things done right
Big bonus if you:
• Have mechanical knowledge
• Understand how jobs are priced
• Can jump in and help when needed
Pay:
• $18–$20/hr base
• Performance bonuses (commission on jobs, etc.)
You won’t like this if:
• You need constant direction
• You avoid responsibility
