We are currently accepting applications for an experienced and dedicated Receptionist/A.R/A.P Administrator to join the Rossland Collision team. This position is based out of our Rossland, BC office, with potential to work in both locations on any given day.
Required Experience and Education:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel & Word
-Proficiency in Sage 50 is an asset
-Post-secondary education in Administration or Business is an asset
-Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is a must
-Familiarity with ICBC Claims/auto body shop is an asset
-Office Administration experience is a must

-Ability to maintain a positive attitude and function well under stress, while prioritizing tasks and workload.
-Meticulous with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Strongly motivated to learn and willing to put in extra time to meet work timelines when required.
-Clean class 5 drivers abstract
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering the phone, taking messages, directing calls.
A/P & A/R duties for TWO locations including paying government remittances, source deductions, WCB and Corp tax.
Inputting ICBC and private claims into our Sage Accounting software.
End of month reconciliations.
Conducts clerical duties; including maintaining electronic & hard copy filing; greeting clients, suppliers, and responding to emails.
Follow-up on invoices and claims.
Book clients for appointments when approved.
Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
What do we have to offer?
Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 35 hours per week.
Compensation will be based on a combination of experience and education.
Participation in the Family Extended Health Benefits program after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
