Rocky Mountain Wash is looking for a motivated, dependable and hands-on Location Manager to join our team.
This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy business.
The role includes:
• Leading, scheduling and supporting our team
• Providing excellent customer service
• Overseeing daily wash operations
• Maintaining high standards for cleanliness and wash quality
• Troubleshooting issues and coordinating maintenance when required
• Managing supplies, inventory and site organization
• Helping us continue to improve the customer experience and grow the business
The right person will be a self-starter who is organized, reliable and comfortable working independently. Previous management experience is an asset, but we also value practical experience, strong people skills and someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
