Gourmet Salmon Fillets with Spinach and Cream Cheese
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Lay the salmon fillets on a flat surface. Carefully cut a slit in each fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
Fill each salmon fillet with the spinach and cream cheese mixture.
Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with lemon wedges.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes
