A fellow mechanic recently lost his pride and joy over something so simple, yet so devastating. It’s a reminder of just how quickly things can go wrong.

I’m sharing this short video as a reminder to everyone of just how flammable spray foam can be and how dangerous it is when used in the wrong places.

I understand why people turn to spray foam. It’s cheap, convenient, and seems like an easy fix. But when it comes to vehicles, especially when dealing with rust and body repairs, spray foam is nothing more than putting a bandage on a bullet hole. It might cover up the problem, but it doesn’t fix it — and in some cases, it can create an even bigger hazard.

Take the time to do things right. Proper metal repairs might cost more upfront, but they’re worth it in the long run.

This isn’t about judging anyone. It’s about raising awareness, learning from unfortunate situations, and hopefully preventing someone else from losing something they’ve worked hard for.

Please take a minute to watch, share this video, and think twice before using spray foam as a shortcut on your vehicle. A little awareness could save someone’s pride and joy — or a whole lot more.

Looks can be deceiving. 👀🔧

What appears to be nothing more than surface rust can often be hiding something much worse underneath. Rust has a way of disguising the real damage until you start digging in.

Never judge a vehicle’s condition by what you see on the surface. Sometimes, the real story is hiding just beneath it.

That’s where proper inspection and quality metalwork make all the difference.

IT'S FRIDAY… LET'S TALK HOUSEKEEPING. OR BETTER YET, LET'S CALL IT RESPECT. 👊

This post is going to suck for the people who actually appreciate the little things, respect the shop, and clean up after themselves. Unfortunately, some people have a hard time understanding that just because something is offered for free doesn't mean it should be taken for granted.

For those who apparently still need Mom or Dad to wipe their ass, here's a friendly FYI: your actions are about to ruin it for everyone.

I've always been happy to offer free air to the community. It's a small thing that can make someone's day a little easier, and I'll continue to offer it.

BUT… free air will no longer be available while the shop is closed.

It's a shame that a few people can't show a little respect and clean up after themselves, but that's the way it goes. I refuse to let a good thing become another headache because some people don't know how to act.

To everyone who respects the shop, appreciates what's offered, and leaves things the way they found them — this isn't directed at you. You know who you are, and I appreciate you!

A little respect goes a long way. Don't ruin a good thing for everyone else.

Have a great Friday, folks! 🔧🤘

Well, today’s been full of curveballs, but that didn’t stop us from getting a fair bit accomplished! 💪🔧

Flipped the axles on the car hauler build, knocked out some undercoating and maintenance, handled an emergency shock repair (which ended up hurting a little more than expected 😂), and squeezed in a subframe job for good measure.

Pain is just weakness leaving the body! 😂💪

No two days are ever the same around here, but we keep turning wrenches and getting the job done, one way or another!

Here's said rocker panel hole that couldn't be found. Ima be real, for the pieces of s**t out there stealing money from people who don't know anything about vehicles. Respectfully F*ck off. Our world sucks as it is. Stop making it worse. Ask questions people, and if you got a feeling of uncertainty from the "friend" Google other shops. Stay informed people cheers.

Side note. Karmas a bitch. ;p.

Not gonna lie, this one upsets me.

Customer calls, frustrated and upset because their vehicle has been pulled off the road over a safety concern. Then comes the old “I know a guy who can do it cheap” routine.

Over $300 later, they’ve supposedly had an exhaust issue repaired and a small hole in the rocker panel fixed. Only problem? When the vehicle comes in to have the work checked, that hole they were told had been repaired apparently doesn’t exist. They couldn’t even find it.

Now the customer is out over $300, still dealing with the situation, and left wondering what they actually paid for.

This is exactly why it pays to know who you’re trusting with your vehicle. Cheap isn’t always cheap when you end up paying twice, and when it comes to safety work, you deserve honesty, quality workmanship, and an explanation of exactly what’s been done.

Your vehicle’s safety is nothing to gamble with. Get the job done right the first time.

Another one in, another one out. 🔧

This one’s getting some good old-fashioned shop love before we complete its full paint job. A little metal work, a little elbow grease, and a whole lot of time bringing it back the way it should be.

It’s not perfect yet—but that’s what we’re here for. Stay tuned for the finished product. 🤘

Back new new for this one :) thanks guys for giving us the opportunity to repair her.
