Centerline Auto Services is Hiring!

Centerline Auto Services is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Office Administrator to join our busy, locally owned mechanic shop in Rimbey, Alberta.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Position Details
Location: Rimbey, AB
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities
Answering phones and responding to emails
Greeting and assisting customers
Processing accounts receivable invoices
Preparing monthly statements
Handling bank payments and receipts
Managing day-to-day office administration duties
Assisting with other general office tasks as required

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Strong computer and administrative skills
Minimum 1 year of office administration experience preferred
Automotive industry experience is considered an asset, but not required

Wage
Competitive wages based on experience.

Requirements:
Either- Journeyman Automotive Technician or Apprentice 2nd or 3rd Year (Automotive)
Clear Criminal Record
Driver License
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
Own hand tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Per Hour Based on Experience
