Work on the BattleAxe (Western Marine Express Ltd.) continues with keel plate replacements, along with the installation of new hull framing, plating and bulwarks. Primer application has also been completed throughout the vessel’s interior and exterior.

This major refit included a new crane, a completely new hydraulic system, a full electrical and electronics upgrade, updated steering, a new fire-suppression system, and new bunks and interior areas, as well as other general maintenance and upgrades.
