We are excited to announce that Van Malkhassian has joined PAG Direct as General Manager of our flagship Richmond Hill Toyota dealership.

Van brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry to this exciting new role. This includes 15 years with Wiens Canada, progressing through sales leadership roles in both the Toyota and Lexus brands, eventually taking the reins as General Manager of Don Valley North Hyundai in 2008.

More recently, Van’s stand-out ability to train high-performing teams and build successful dealership processes took him to Mercedes-Benz Canada where he served as General Manager of both Mercedes-Benz Markham and Midtown.

Our leadership team at PAG Direct knows that with Van’s guidance, Richmond Hill Toyota is poised to reach new heights in both sales and service, while further elevating the dealership experience for our valued customers.

The People's Pulse Survey allows our team members across southern Ontario to help shape the future of our organization by providing anonymous feedback on our work culture, processes, compensation plans and leadership.

The results of our latest survey have just been shared with our teams, and our senior leadership is now developing a 2023 Action Plan that will turn that feedback into positive change for our employees and customers.
