Mettez vos casques Titan et Mission en ordre pour la prochaine saison hivernale

À titre préventif et pour votre sécurité, votre détaillant CKX procédera gratuitement au remplacement de la languette rouge d’attache des casques Titan et Mission dès la mi-juillet 2020.

Ce remplacement, simple et rapide, ne prendra que quelques minutes et éliminera tout risque d’un détachement possible du casque causé par le contact involontaire entre la languette et la bande de type velcro du protège-menton long*. L’intégrité et la résistance aux impacts des casques Titan et Mission ne sont aucunement visés par ce rappel et demeurent en conformité avec la norme de sécurité DOT.

Nous vous rappelons que cette opération n’a été déclenchée qu’à titre préventif. À ce jour, il n’y a eu aucun accident qui fait état d’un possible lien avec un détachement involontaire du casque.

Votre sécurité nous tient à cœur et CKX s’engage à vous offrir des casques sécuritaires et un service à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Le remplacement de la languette de tissu par une languette de type silicone élimine le risque possible de détachement involontaire du casque.

This voluntary recall involves CKX Titan and Mission helmets for recreational sport motor vehicles. The affected products can be identified by the name Titan or Mission appearing on a sticker on the outside of the helmet, or on the interior label of the helmet.
