Wheaton Kia is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join !

What You'll Do
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
• Prospect for new business and follow up with existing customers
• Generate your own sales opportunities through phone, internet, social media, and referrals
• Present vehicle features, benefits, financing options, and products
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Work closely with our sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Stay current on Kia products, technology, incentives, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and energetic personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Competitive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in an engaging, team-oriented environment
• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Valid driver's license
