Yamaha F/A for a 74 Thunder Jet dropped off today for a full rebuild. Cylinders will be sent out for fresh plating and the crank will be sent out to be checked as well.

For anyone that has ever worked on Ski-doo Torque Reaction skids, knows how badly they get worn out at the pivot points....

For anyone that has ever worked on Ski-doo Torque Reaction skids, knows how badly they get worn out at the pivot points.

We have a fix for the rear arm, which seems to be typically worn worse than the front arm.

We sell new brackets that can be welded in place of the worn out ones. We also sell new zinc plated pins to replace the old worn out factory pins.

Modifying some 1.125” hex Ski-doo drive shafts to fit a customers 77 SRX chassis. These will get new splines to allow updated Polaris silent chain gearing. These are setup for 1” bearings instead of 25mm(6205) as per the customer’s request.
