To you this looks like a photo showing the road conditions. To tow ops, this is a chilling reminder of how dangerous our jobs really are.

You see those tracks? Those aren't the tracks of the people we helped. Those tracks are the after affect of someone who wasn't paying attention and had to swerve to avoid my traffic truck.

Our lights are by no means hard to see. They are very visible even in the worst weather.

This was pure negligence on the driver. And because of this we could of potentially lost our traffic truck along with our employee, who by the way is our daughter.

Do we have to lose an employee/family member for people to start paying attention? I don't know about you but I don't want to bury my husband, son in law, daughter or our employees we consider family.

All roads are not in the greatest shape. Use extra caution when driving today and the next few days are you are traveling for holidays.

If you do decide to brave the roads, make sure your vehicle is in good working condition and has a full tank of fuel.

We are working as hard as we can to make sure everyone is taken care of quickly but our wait time can be up to 2 hours. If at anytime we have a longer than normal waittime, I will personally reach out and let you know.

From our family to yours, we wish everyone a happy, healthy holiday season.

As always we ask if you see a tow truck on the side of the road working, please allow them extra room by moving over and slowing down.

Plows are also not out in full yet so give yourselves some extra time to go places over the next few days.

Due to the extreme cold we are experiencing, our wait times will be higher. Unfortunately because of the cold, drivers will not be responding to some calls due to frost bite safety.

As always, we ask that if you can stay home please do. If you have to leave the warmth of your home today, please take extra cautions and make sure your vehicle has been plugged in and in good running condition before leaving for your destination.
