Meet the Team! 👋 Spotlight on Jordan
Hey Red Deer! It’s time for another Team Member Spotlight, and today we’re introducing you to Jordan, our awesome Service Manager who has been a vital part of the crew for almost a year now.
For Jordan, the automotive world is practically in her DNA. “It’s always been in my life,” she says—from going to car shows with her dad to playing with monster trucks and car mats as a kid. If it has wheels, she’s passionate about it! 🛻
When asked what her favorite part of the job is, it comes down to two things: the people and the purpose. She loves the fun the crew has working together while making sure we get your wheels back on the road safely and quickly. In fact, she describes the team dynamic in the shop as one "big dysfunctional family." 😆
That family mindset really showed up during one of her most memorable moments at the shop. Jordan was driving an old rig she's rebuilding, and out of nowhere, it started leaking diesel really badly. When she managed to pull back into the shop, the boys came running out to help her fix it so she could make it home. "That's how we are here," Jordan says. "Always down to help."
That exact "down to help" attitude extends right to our customers. Jordan knows firsthand that vehicle repairs can be expensive and stressful, which is why she works so hard to make sure everyone who walks through our doors is taken care of with as little stress as possible.
💡 Jordan’s Pro Tip: Don't skip your vehicle maintenance! She wants every customer to know that regular maintenance is the absolute most important part of keeping your vehicle running well. Without it, your vehicle will crater!
