And DO NOT DRIVE IT UNTIL IT HAS WARMED UP
We dont want you getting stranded in the cold and if you drive a cold engine it cannot properly adjust it computer until it reaches operating temperature
Also batteries do not function properly at colder temperatures
So when you combine lights heater fans and defrosters..heated seats...heated mirrors to an already compromised electrical system you need to let it warm up and function properly.
20% of our cold weather calls are helping people that are dead on the side of the road because they did not have time to let them warm up.....
Trust us...make the time even if it means u may be 5 min late...its still far quicker than waiting for a tow truck !

Please understand this is the 2nd most dangerous job in bc...and it's due to the general public not slowing down or paying attention and hitting us or the vehicle we are underneath hooking up.. it's sad fact...nothing makes us happier than when people do slow down .. it shows us we do matter and you do care...we are only here to help your day go a bit better when it's gone wrong
We just trying to get you home to your family no matter what the weather or road conditions...we just want to go home to ours

"Not the Biggest-Just the Best"
And we mean it !
No one works harder to give people a premium level of quality and service in the towing industry.
We have kept it small focusing on towing and the related services.
We provide fast removal of unwanted vehicles running or not !
We do this as a service to our community...the price of steel is way down but we continue hauling them away because we know its providing a much needed service to the city of Prince George.
We give away pet food to evaccuees because we know running for your life is a bloody scary situation ... pet foods are bulky and theres only so much room in vehicles fleeing the fires.
We do this out of our own pockets
We take money from each job and set it aside...even tho summer is the worst time for our industry and many companies like ours fail during these months.....
But it's not always about money...
It's about pride and reputation
It's about genuinely caring for people and helping them in there times of need
It's about all the little things like understanding if you need a tow truck your not having a good day...
It's about honesty compassion and trust.
We never set out to be the almighty towing company monopolizing the northern roads and highways.....
It's about taking the many years of towing experience and applying them to each and every vehicle we encounter....
It's about pulling over to check on people on the side of the road...not to make money ...but to make sure they are ok and that someone is on the way to help them..

And tho we do wear the crown as kings in the towing industry we always share our knowledge with other companies drivers to teach them how to do things with greater safety so they can go home to there families instead of being injured in Canadas second most dangerous industry....

We are still removing SCRAP VEHICLES however the price of scrap steel has gone from $135 per ton to ..... $20 (ouch!)
So there may be a small fee to help cover costs or if its a vehicle we can salvage we may still take it with out any charges
WE ARE STILL BUYING UNWANTED VEHICLES TOO !
