The Nikkels came to Prince George from Vancouver in 1965 when Bob was hired as a millright at Northwood Pulp and Timber. They came with the intention of staying for the long term and ended up going into business for themselves with the start up of NR Motors Ltd. Bob Nikkel, his family and staff of forty-two, deal in dreams. With RV and Marine divisions, Suzuki Motorcycles and ATVs, John Deere Products and the Sport and Ski shop, all around recreation is their business.
