Most off road trucks are sold on looks. The 2026 Ram 1500 BackCountry actually has the hardware to back up the black paint: a one inch lift, 32 inch tires, a rear locking differential and skid plates over the underbody, all built on the Big Horn. For a $3,495 package it slots right between the Warlock and the Rebel. Here is the honest read on whether you would actually use it out here, or whether a standard Big Horn saves you the money.
