This week we're shining the spotlight on Whitney McKay!

As the friendly face and welcoming voice of Craig Dunn Motor City, Whitney does so much more than answer the phone. She helps ensure every customer feels comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors—whether that's offering a coffee or cold drink, directing visitors to the right department, or helping keep our team of more than 40 employees organized and on track.

Outside of work, Whitney stays active in her church community and enjoys spending summer evenings walking her dogs. When winter arrives, you'll often find her surrounded by art and craft projects, putting her creativity to work.

Whitney's kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for both customers and coworkers make her an invaluable part of our team. We're fortunate to have her representing Craig Dunn Motor City every day.

This week’s employee spotlight goes to Jordan McKay!

Jordan joined the Service Department at Craig Dunn Motor City in 2022 as a Red Seal Automotive Technician and has been a tremendous asset to the team ever since.

Originally from Thompson, Jordan practically grew up in the dealership world through his family’s business, McKay GM. From an early age, he gained experience in just about every role a dealership has to offer — giving him a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up.

In addition to being a Red Seal Technician, Jordan is also EV Certified and continues to bring valuable knowledge and expertise to the shop every day.

Outside of work, Jordan stays busy with his lovely wife and their two young boys, who definitely keep life exciting off the clock!
