We’ve got a winner! 🎉

Customer complaint: A/C was not working
This fleet vehicle needed a side mirror because the outside temperature sensor inside the mirror had failed.

The vehicle thought it was -40°C outside… which disabled the A/C system. 🥶

Modern vehicles are wild sometimes. Something as simple as a mirror can affect completely different systems on the vehicle.

Big congratulations to Ryan O'Hanley for getting it right and winning some NAPA swag! 👏

This is exactly why proper diagnostics matter — especially for fleet vehicles where downtime costs money and guessing can get expensive fast.
