Some customers become more than just customers over the years. ❤️

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Richard and Charise back for their regular vehicle maintenance — all the way from Kelowna!

They've been part of our shop family for what must be over 25 years! Even after retiring and moving away, they still make the trip back to Port Coquitlam to have their vehicle serviced with us.

It was so lovely catching up with them today, hearing about their summer, their family, and everything they've been up to.

Relationships like these are what make this business so special. It's never just about the vehicles. It's about the people, the friendships, and the trust built over decades.

Richard and Charise, thank you for continuing to put your trust in us after all these years. It truly means the world to our team.

The little details might not change how your car runs — but they say a lot about how the job was done.

This vehicle was in for one of our maintenance package, and that means more than just changing fluids and filters.

Oil cap straight. Coolant cap lined up. Dipstick back where it belongs. Washer cap facing forward. Fingerprints and oil drips wiped away.
