Dear Mr. Gauvin,
I am writing this to inform you of the intention that we will be taking possession of the vehicle within 14 days ( February 10, 2026) due to your nonpayment of repairs since February 25, 2022.
I have attempted to make contact with you numerous times, through various methods including: phone, mail, and your social media accounts; all of which you have refused to respond to. In accordance with part III of the Repair and Storage Liens Act of Ontario you will have 14 days to make payment in full for outstanding repairs in the amount of $5,455.53. Should you decide to not make payment in full, we will have the legal right to place a lien and take possession of your 2014 White 4 door Nissan Sentra Sedan. You can make payment in full at the above address where we are located. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
