This Rake 75-size excavator needed some new lugging, but the original setup wasn’t quite right. So, we did what we do best — custom-built a solution and got it back to work!

🔧 Two heads. Four hands. Questionable conversations. 😂

Jody and Callum doing what they do best. A little teamwork, a lot of experience, and just enough shop banter to get the job done.

Just another day at JT Heavy Equipment & Auto Repair.

The Tigercat Fix: Part 3 🔧

This Tigercat 630D is still getting some love from the JT crew.

Big machines call for big repairs and sometimes that means stripping things right down to get the job done right.

A little behind-the-scenes look at the progress as we get this Cat put back together and ready to work.

A/C problems? We’ve got you. 🔧

This truck came in after the A/C compressor failed internally. Because of the risk of debris making its way through the system, we replaced the compressor, filter drier and thermal expansion valve.

Once everything was installed, we recharged the system, tested it, and sent it back out with cold A/C again.

Another one fixed up and back to work.
