Meet one of our latest van builds, affectionately known as Douglas 🚐✨

Built on an AWD 148” Ford Transit, Douglas was designed for all-season exploration with a focus on comfortable, capable off-grid living. Rugged and adventure-ready on the outside, the interior balances practical design with a warm, refined atmosphere.
Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to maximise both storage and usability. The galley kitchen features generous storage, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and everything needed for life on the road. A comfy bench seat paired with a Lagun table creates the perfect space to relax, work, or enjoy a meal after a day of exploring.
At the rear, our Habitat Range bed is framed by integrated window nooks and soft ambient lighting, creating a cozy retreat to unwind at the end of the day.
One of Douglas’ standout features is the custom sliding wardrobe system, cleverly designed to discreetly house a toilet and integrated privacy doors, allowing the space to adapt effortlessly while maintaining the open feel of the van.
Douglas is also equipped with our Habitat side steps, a Fiamma side-mounted awning, Bluetti power system, Espar heater, and a fully pressurised hot water system supplying both the indoor and outdoor showers for true off-grid comfort.

Meet our latest van build, that we've affectionately named Sitka ✨🌲

Built on an AWD 148 Ford Transit, she's build for four season living, with rugged off grid capabilities and a thoughtfully deigned comfortable interior.

Today we’re showing off the garage area, housing the 5kW EcoFlow Independence Kit, Espar heater, and pressurised hot water system for both indoor and outdoor showers, all neatly housed in our custom cabinetry.

Inside, upper cabinets and a full-height galley pack in serious storage, with stove and fridge/freezer, and there's a custom divider for added privacy. And the Range bed is framed by integrated, lit window nooks, complete with ultrasonic sensors for that extra touch of smart functionality.

Slide through the images to see how this bench seat expands to provide a large L shaped seating area...

➤The compact bench seat features two expanding sections that extend the seating area all the way into the side door, forming a large L-shaped lounge. Expansion is smooth and simple with heavy-duty slides.

➤Extra cushions store neatly under the bed on custom-made brackets, keeping everything secure and out of sight when not in use.

This bench seat is part of our latest client build, and we’re excited to share more photos and videos of the full project soon.

A little peek at our latest van conversion ✨

To separate the kitchen and bedroom space this piece was created using the client’s own artwork. When she shared her drawing with us, we turned it into a custom CNC-cut pattern to add a personal touch to the space. It also functions as a practical splashback.
