Shop Assistant
We are a busy collision repair facility looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a hands-on, multi-role position involving automotive parts handling, vehicle detailing, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, receiving parts deliveries, and cleaning customer and rental vehicles. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic setting, indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities
*Receive, inspect, and organize automotive parts
*Verify parts accuracy and check for damage or defects
*Maintain clean and organized parts storage areas
*Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
*Prepare customer and rental vehicles for delivery
*Assist with customer and vehicle check-in
*Support rental vehicle coordination and paperwork
*Complete general administrative and shop support tasks
*Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shop operations and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
*Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
