Not out typical vehicle to work on, but weā€™re not prejudice lol.. It came in for cosmetic repair after an accident in parking lot.. all went well and looks better than new.. P.S. I donā€™t fit in it and I still have no clue how to start it! Thank god itā€™s easy to push around šŸ¤£.

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

After many years of building one of Vancouver Islandā€™s most respected custom automotive shops, Paul has decided itā€™s time to step back from the day-to-day operations of Oceanside Kustoms and begin a new chapter in life.

Over a year ago, Paulā€™s world was turned completely upside down following the unexpected passing of his wife, Veronica. It has been an incredibly difficult and life-changing time for him and his family, and after much reflection, he has made the decision to step back from the demands of running the shop so he can focus on healing, family, and finding his footing in this new reality.

It is with great pride and excitement that I, Chris Linwood, announce that Linwood Customs will be taking over the operations of Oceanside Kustoms.

To all of Oceanside Kustomsā€™ loyal customers, we want to assure you that you have absolutely nothing to worry about. The incredible team youā€™ve come to know and trust is staying in place, and Paul will continue to be involved behind the scenes to help ensure a smooth transition. His experience, knowledge, and passion for the industry remain an important part of the shop.

In honour of Veronica and the legacy she is forever a part of, the Oceanside Kustoms name will be staying exactly as it is. It will continue forward as a tribute to her memory and everything she meant to Paul, the shop, and everyone who knew her.

By bringing together the talented teams from both Oceanside Kustoms and Linwood Customs, weā€™re creating something even stronger. Our goal is simple: continue delivering the craftsmanship, honesty, and customer service both shops have built their reputations onā€”while expanding our capabilities and raising the bar even higher.

For our Linwood Customs customers, nothing is changing there either. Linwood Customs will remain fully open and operating, continuing to serve our customers just as we always have. This merger simply allows us to offer even more experience, more resources, and more opportunities to build some incredible vehicles.

This transition also brings added depth, skill, and accountability to Linwood Customs. Working alongside the Oceanside Kustoms team raises the standard for all of us, pushing both shops to stay sharp, stay consistent, and continue delivering work that meets the highest level of craftsmanship our customers expect and deserve.

Iā€™d like to personally thank Paul for the trust heā€™s placed in me. Taking over a shop with the reputation Oceanside Kustoms has earned is both an honour and a responsibility that I donā€™t take lightly. I look forward to carrying that legacy forward while building an exciting future together.
