Apparently compressed Facebook/TikTok video is now a certified photometric testing lab. 😂

After enough comments telling me my lights are “s**t” based on a phone video, I finally used my allowance and bought a Whelen ION.

Next week we’ll put them side by side and let the actual lights do the talking.

Should be interesting to see how quiet the comment section gets if the gap isn’t what some of you hoped it would be. 😘

I can spend thousands buying the “big names” just to make comparison videos for people who already decided we’re junk… or invest that money into better products, more inventory and better pricing.

I’ll keep driving the ’89 Chevy, showing exactly what I sell, and being transparent about where it comes from.

I’d rather build a business on value and honesty than upgrade the truck by selling you a logo and a load of bu****it. 🤷‍♂️

Apparently the first video hurt some feelings, so here’s Part 2. 😂

Same lights. Same truck. Same conditions.

Two are mounted inside behind limo tint and water-marked 37-year-old glass. Two of the exact same lights are mounted on the roof, completely unobstructed.

Nobody should expect a warning light behind limo tint to perform like one mounted in the open. But since the comment-section lighting engineers came out in force, we figured a direct comparison was in order. 🍿

We’ll keep showing our products in real-world conditions, not just perfectly staged glamour shots.
