Today, I attended an event on the Great Northern Peninsula which is very dear to the community of Goose Cove. This is a snowmobile ride that takes place between Goose Cove East, stops along the way and meeting at a cabin belonging to a couple very close with Daisy. Each year, Daisy’s Ride takes place in honour of a lady who loved snowmobiling, being with family and friends, and enjoying what life had to offer. Through registration fees, 50/50 tickets, donations, etc., they fundraise and donate the funds to local organizations who help people in need, along with donating bursaries to the local high school ( White Hills Academy). I was honoured to attend this event, and on behalf of myself and the team at Trinav Group of Companies, happy to donate some prizes for them to raise money with. Was an awesome day, beautiful turnout and great weather! Our communities are what push us forward and allow us to succeed.
