Just got back from helping the boys out with their rigs for was a wicked weekend with a 1st place finish for in little gangsters class, taking first in 2nd class of RWYB, .deep making top four of RWYB. Along with them being in the money there was many personal bests and lots of carnage 🤣 the new to us race trailer is game changer and the maiden voyage went awesome!end of the month is so make sure to mark that in your calendar and come say hi, we gonna have tee shirts on the cheap 🤙.

Actively seeking a Service Coordinator for our growing shop in High River. If you are in the diesel industry or interested in it this role may apply to you!

Duties include but not limited to-

- Frontline customer/client relations. Being the bridge between customers and techs

-Being the voice of the company on the main line

-Quickly diagnosing customer complaints, wants, needs over the counter/phone and booking accordingly

-Parts coordination with techs

-Helping out with parts sales and tuning sales

-Social media babysitting

Straightline Heavy Equipment and Auto Ltd is looking for a permanent field tech to add to the team. Ideal candidate would live in southern Alberta or willing to relocate as our home base is out of High River, AB approximately 20 minute drive south of Calgary. We offer competitive pay for our region and offer a smalltown family-run business vibe.

Requirements:
-Clean drivers abstract
-Red seal certificate or valid Apprenticeship papers
- Good personality, safe working, hard working and organized as you will be the face of the company on different job sites.
-Off road equipment / on road experience
-Must have own tools
-Priority given to candidates with CVIP Technician license, welding, fabricating, diesel tuning/delete experience
-3rd/4th year apprentices feel free to apply

Duties:
-Operate shop Service Truck: serving our numerous clients fleets running when needed
-Provide professional, efficient, cost effective repairs
- Perform maintenance and safety inspections
-Perform preventative maintenance
-Work safe, stay organized and clean
-Be the face of the company when on job sites and dealing with all clients
-Ariel platform equipment and off road material handling experience a asset

History:
We are a small family owned/operated business based out of Highriver Alberta. We have been in business since 2012 and have grown a good reputation in the industry. We pride ourselves in having a solid team where you are not just a number in the company, but part of the Straightline family! The home base shop is mainly on-highway orientated offering CVIPs, repairs and tuning of diesel trucks. On the field side of things, we do a little bit of everything, equipment, piling gear, trucks, mobile tuning and more. Work shift is typically Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm with ample overtime available.
