Hello Members,

It has been about six weeks since we began offering a limited food menu that our bartenders can prepare and serve efficiently without creating significant delays at the bar. Overall, the program has been working well, and we continue to improve our processes as our bartenders become more familiar with the operation.

Over the next month, we'll be reviewing which menu items are most and least popular and making adjustments where needed. We appreciate your continued patience, particularly on evenings when several food orders arrive at once. There may be times when demand exceeds what our bartenders can reasonably manage, and we may need to temporarily pause food service. We will always do our best to anticipate demand, but staffing needs can be difficult to predict.

We've also been expanding our wine selection. Our new “by the bottle” wine offerings have been ordered and are expected to arrive by Friday, July 10. Our current house wines, available by the glass, will continue to be served until our existing inventory is depleted, after which new varieties will be introduced. An updated wine list is available at the bar.

To celebrate these additions, we'll have extra bar staff on duty on Friday, July 10, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We invite you to stop by the Clubhouse to try some of our food offerings and our new wines. If there is sufficient member interest and demand, we'll consider scheduling additional staffing on future occasions.
