🚨 Ford 10-Speed Transmission TSB Update 🚨
If you own a Ford with a 10-speed transmission and you’re feeling:
▪️ Harsh or delayed shifting
▪️ Slipping between gears
▪️ Clunking when accelerating or downshifting
▪️ Erratic shift patterns
You’re not alone. Ford has released multiple TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) addressing concerns with the 10R80 10-speed transmission found in many F-150s, Expeditions, Mustangs, and more.
A TSB isn’t a recall — it’s a factory-recognized issue with updated procedures, programming, or repairs to correct known problems. In many cases, it can involve:
✔️ Software updates / reprogramming
✔️ Valve body repairs or replacement
✔️ CDF drum updates
✔️ Internal component repairs
