Every week we ship: New features, fixes, improvements, to every tenant on the platform.

Forty five upgrades a year, and the platform is up 99.993% of the time through all of them. A full year of continuous improvement fits inside a single coffee break.

Microsoft confirmed it on Friday. The September 2026 Windows security updates can break Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server 2012 through 2025, and on Windows 10 and 11. RDP connections fail after a few minutes. Sign-ins stop working. Servers hang at the "Please wait for the Remote Desktop Configuration" screen.

Now picture that on a Monday morning with your trucks loaded and 200 stops to dispatch.
