This was a fun one! A 2016 was in for stiff steering, and the AC not working properly. Upon checking for alerts, we found a fault for the Evaporator freeze protection active. First thing we did was run a thermal test in service mode, which revealed again a fault with the evaporator. We checked refrigerant level which was quite low! Then we checked the cabin air filter which was very dirty and due for a replacement. We recharged the AC and replaced the cabin filter, reran the test which now passes. Oh and the stiff steering was a seized intermediate shaft, a very common issue on Model X and .

Today we have this gorgeous #912 in for a service and health check. And no, that’s not a filter. AQI is severe today ...

Well if this isn't the most mixed bunch of vehicles in our lineup I don't know what is. We have 2 electric vehicles including an eGolf, two fun classics, and a lux SUV.
