Customer Service Clerk - RV Division

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in data entry, retail sales, and inventory ordering. Seasonal work from May to November.
Responsibilities
Invoice processing - work orders and over-the-counter part sales.
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately.
Payment processing using various payment methods.
Inventory management, ordering, and warranty claims management.
Respond promptly and professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share best practices.
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with DMS software or other customer management tools is advantageous.
Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
Some knowledge of RVs and trailer maintenance is considered beneficial but not required.
Will train the right individual.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
