Just wanted to highlight one of my favourite experiences with a customer EVER!!!

Gail came in with her husband Ken back in January in search of a new year new car promise she had made herself and she decided to factory order a BEAUTIFUL 2022 CX-5 Signature in Mazda's Best colour! When we placed her order the estimated arrival date was May 31st and she was beyond excited!

With a little bit of luck, her car had the arrival date moved up a whole month to be at the end of April! I gave her a call and the excitement I felt through the phone really made me realize how much I love this profession. With a little more luck her car arrived a WHOLE MONTH early! I sent her a video letting her know the car was here and she came in the next day to pick up her new car!

Thank you so much Gail and Ken for being an amazing and understanding customers! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and I know you will love your CX-5 for many years to come!!

Huge congratulations to Hannah on the purchase of her 2015 Ram 1500 Sport‼️ She had been in contact with Brandyn for some time as she was looking for a salesman she could trust to get her driving something that would be able to support her business.

When Brandyn introduced me and told me what Hannah was looking for I knew we had the perfect option for her.

Today she came in to see Brandyn honour his word and wear a pink Tootoo to prove he is not like any other salesman around and show that we here at Harris Mazda will go above and beyond for our customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome. We also decided it would also be a great time to wear pink as today is anti bullying day!!!
