UPDATE: WE NOW HAVE POWER AT 10:25AM Letting everyone know that ALL of South Nanaimo and most of Cedar have no power. BC Hydro says there is a tree down over the power lines and there is a crew on site. Now we wait to see how long it takes before we get power. Thank you BC Hydro for your quick response!

BC Hydro has another planned power outage for maintenance. We will be closed for that day, Friday March 20th and will re-open Monday March 23rd. Sorry for any inconvenience.

This is a large Mechanics Series slip shaft that has seen better days. Very impressive break on such a large piece. You can see in the first picture just how big the u-joint series is.

We will be closing early today (Friday November 28th) to go support our sons band Ironhead at their show tonight. They are playing at The Coda in Victoria. Doors open at 6:30pm for anyone who wants to come watch some local young talented musicians!
