From dive boat to day fish boat. 🎣

We’re taking this old dive boat and giving it a whole new purpose for a local First Nation community. This project is about more than just rebuilding a boat — it’s about creating an opportunity for kids to get out on the water, learn new skills, stay out of trouble, and have something positive to be a part of.

There’s a lot of work ahead, and we’ll be transforming this boat from the ground up into a purpose-built day fishing boat.

We have a fix for everything fiberglass. 👊

The owner said it was a far reach to the touchscreens.

So we cut it out, filled all the original holes, and started with a blank canvas. We extended the dash to bring everything comfortably within reach, while still keeping clear visibility of the ocean ahead.

From there, we arranged all-new electronics to tailor the helm to the owners exact needs, while keeping the overall look clean and minimalist.

But we didn’t stop there.

We fully re-gelcoated the underside, cleaned up all the wiring, and added custom hinges and an electric ram so the entire dash can lift at the push of a button.

One problem. The seating.

The original seating position was too low, making it difficult to enjoy the view everyone wants to see.

So we built a completely custom, one-of-one seating solution specifically for this Navigator.

From the design and fabrication to the final fit and finish, every detail was built around the boat and the owner’s needs.

The goal wasn’t to make it look custom.

The goal was simple, exceed every expectation and create something that looks, feels, and performs better than factory.

ONE PROBLEM. THE SEATING.
SO WE BUILT IT BETTER THAN FACTORY.

The view from the helm should be one of the best parts of owning a yacht.

The original seating position didn’t quite deliver.

So we designed and built a completely custom, one-of-one seating setup for this Navigator — giving the helm a better vantage point while creating a finish that feels right at home on the boat.

The true meaning of “1 of 1” ✨

We cut a 4’ × 2’ opening into the side of this yacht to create a completely custom window for the mid berth.

From cutting into the hull to custom fiberglass work, fairing, refinishing, and making every line flow like it was built this way from the factory.

Want to ditch the canvas? Check this out‼️

After building custom fiberglass hardtops for the Navigator platform, we’re taking it one step further.

We’ll be building a mold for Navigator and another for Grand Banks, allowing us to build hardtops for different models and sizes with the right modifications. The mold is temporary and will be dismantled. Get it while you can!

And if you don’t own a Navigator or Grand Banks?

That’s no problem.

If you have a boat you’ve always thought would look better with a proper fiberglass hardtop, we can build one. A new mold can be made specifically for your boat and designed around exactly what you want.

You would never guess this didn’t come factory…

This wasn’t an off-the-shelf installation.

The challenge wasn’t simply making the BBQ fit — it was making the boat fit the BBQ, while keeping the finished product clean, functional, structurally sound, and looking like it belonged there from the day the boat was built.

This is the kind of work that requires custom fiberglass fabrication, precision fitting, and a team capable of taking on modifications of this scope
