Two new keys for this Mercedes-Benz E-Class after their one and only key stopped working. I can do most Mercedes-Benz vehicles with these "fobik" style keys up until about 2014, 2015. After that it's unfortunately dealer only. I'm always working on expanding what brands and models I can make keys for.

Here's another photo that might not make sense to most of you and definitely shows my geeky side. This is how I program keys for some older BMWs, Mini Coopers and a few other cars. It's what called EPPROM or Bench work. My key programmer is not connected to the car but rather directly to a module or at times directly to a chip on the module.

This job actually came from the fact that for an old Mini Cooper the keys are no longer available through the dealer. This is where I like to come up with some quality solutions. Do you have an older Mini Cooper with the blade style remote head key? I'm equipped to help with these and I'm going to make sure I have keys in stock.

Just like the old diesel Smart cars, keys are no longer available from the dealer so I find a solution!

It's often the little things that matter!

A lot of my key fobs come with a battery installed but I don't know how long they have sat on a shelf somewhere. Pretty much every key fob or remote I sell gets a brand new high quality battery, I also try to leave a spare key battery as well. That way you have a spare on hand when you need it!

I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine and spring like weather. I sure am.

A lot of these photos might not make sense to you, but here's some of the work stuff I've been up to. Key fobs, intermittent electrical issues, a Dodge truck that wouldn't start because the tire pressure computer was corrupting the data network (can bus), replacing a starting motor on a Ford, renewing a Mercedes transmission module so it could be reprogrammed, replacing a couple of Dodge ignition switches (WIN moodules), repairing the immobilizer on a Dodge Sprinter and the list goes on. I love the puzzles a lot of these vehicles give. Being able to do keys also greatly expands the scope of what I cam do. Did you know I can also help in most all keys lost situations?
