Hot and dusty, but I had a great time at the N.A.S.T.E. (Northern Alberta Single Track Enthusiasts) Vega Harescramble and even managed to bring home some hardware P2. Grateful to have such amazing people working their butts off to make it possible and proud to get to help out a bit and give back a bit as well. Thank you to everyone for the hard work on the course, the shouts of encouragement while I chose the additional learning section and all the carful planning that made everything go so smooth. This weekend’s sights were pretty spectacular, thanks to and for organizing and putting on another great event. My first “a” race ended up in 7th out of 8 so not too great but was great to get out and push in the race environment again.

Well that’s a wrap! I had very little expectations but I am very happy with how this year went, started off a little bumpy for the first couple races but managed to get a bit more consistent throughout the year landing myself in p2 overall in my class for the year. Thanks to AMSA Provincial Off Road Series and the individual clubs for all the hard work that goes into making this series possible. Thanks to my little family for all the support and travelling all over to the races. Thank you to the racers for coming out and just being the spectacular people you are. Thank you to the riding buddies for the support and motivation to hurry up lol. looking forward to next year already! N.A.S.T.E. (Northern Alberta Single Track Enthusiasts)

Yep that’s me falling last year… we are 4 days away from this year’s event. Red bull outliers is the only North American stop on the FIM World enduro circuit, the best of the best (and a bunch of us amateurs) will be in downtown Calgary and then Steveville Alberta competing in this world class event. This is a amazing opportunity to experience and get close up and personal with our struggles and success, and after us rookies you get to watch pro’s who make it look easy!
