Time Machine Technologies Vapor Blasting Services Time Machine Technologies brings vapor blasting to Atlantic Canada! Not sure what Vapor Blasting is? The secret? The result?

Vapor Blasting was designed during WWI as a liquid honing/peening process to increase toughness of ferrous (steel) and non-ferrous (aluminum, brass, etc) materials. Relatively new to North America however, vapor blasting cleans and polishes materials like no other process can. A blast media, such as aluminum oxide, glass bead, ceramic, etc. is mixed with water into a slurry and propelled at the ma

terial at high pressure. The water cushions the impact allowing a gentler cleaning versus dry blasting. A corrosion inhibitor prevents flash rusting of ferrous materials. Materials are miraculously brought back in time and appear as they did the day they were first made. Ferrous materials are then ready for coatings, and non-ferrous can be polished, coated, or left as is. Time Machine Technologies not only has the only Vapor Blast Cabinet in Atlantic Canada, It has the largest manufactured Vapor Blast Cabinet in all of Canada!!! With a 4' stainless steel turntable in a 5'x5' cabinet, just about every one of your restoration needs can be met. Motorcycle engine, small frames, engine blocks, heads, intakes, headers, wheels, brake parts, carburetors, boat props, etc...
