To date, we have taken a number of proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of customers and employees limiting the number of people in our store to no more than 4, and implementing social distancing.
To help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 within our store. Some of these measures include:
• Hand washing with an increased focus on washing between each customer transaction.
• Hand sanitizer will be utilized throughout our store for customers and teammates.
• Disposable gloves will be used by our customer service and technician as needed.
We would also like to encourage our customers to think through how they can minimize risk as well. If you or a loved one aren’t feeling well, give us a call and we will happily reschedule your appointment to another day.
OFFERING A SAFER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
PARKING LOT DROP-OFF
If you would prefer to not enter our store, quick and easy Drop-off is available
• Simply drop-off your vehicle in the parking lot
• Put your keys in a zip lock bag drop it threw the garage door
• Leave a note in the car or call us to discuss your needs.
• Once your car is ready, it will be wiped down/sanitized including the key.
• Contact free checkout option is also available over the phone with a credit card.

CONTACT-FREE SERVICES
We can perform the following services Contact-Free, meaning they can be performed without entering your vehicle. In addition, several of these contact-free services can be performed while you remain in your vehicle,

Services where you remain in the vehicle:
• Tire air pressure check
• Fluid check/top-off
• Wiper blade(s) replacement
• Light bulb(s) replacement
• Air filter replacement
• Battery replacement (most)
Services where you must exit the vehicle:
• Flat repair (using floor jack)
• Tire inspections
• Tire replacement (using floor jack)
• Belt replacement
• Any services not listed as permissible
