Our Stage N mechanical gate is nearly ready!.

ECU tuning will resume tomorrow, we thank you for your patience while we bring you new products.

We have street tested it well, few more settings to test out and she should be good to go! We are still working on pricing, but A) our hybrid spools faster than a OEM EN Turbo with this gate. B) most importantly gone are the WG issues! When we were stuck to 17psi before with 3 gates and all settings, now full boost is unlocked (nearly!)

95% complete. Some wiring left and she should be good to rumble! With a single 🍼 it looks good the 🍼🍼 should look great! We did a Maxton design body kit and Eibach Lowering springs so its not just power! Its a new car!

Testing!

Our electrical WG couldn't get past 16psi and was causing all sorts of issues, faults etc.

So we are testing our mechanical setup running a boost controller. So far at 75 duty cycle on the boost controller we have 24psi to redline!

This is a testing bracket the final will be mounted slightly higher, however this arm clears all the wiring in that area right now.

Note: this will not work on RHD vehicles.

We will have more testing and dynos coming soon!

Lock out 🔒 done!

Everyone has been asking us to add Read lockout.

Now given we have full control over licensing, you will be able to buy it with "Bake Loader into Flash" this writes our proprietary bootloader into the file. No tool can read the ECU without boot reset.

With help from Laborde Motorsports, we have sorted the boost issues with the Elantra N Line and I20N over seas!

This is a custom code that is written into the non-engine data area of the ECU (what tuners refer to as maps section)

Do to this, this code will be listed on the site soon, the price will be more expensive that existing 1.6T tuning. However this is only needed for Smartstream owners running Hybrids. For OE turbos this is not needed.

The i20N wastegate logic has long been disputed between tuners, who have been using work-arounds from descaling map sensors, to forcing logic and tricking torque models in order to sustain boost pressure across the powerband.

For 250 Euro you can now get unrestricted boost, including some maps to calibrate the WG to your liking.
