Measures we’re taking to keep you safe

How we’re ensuring workers and customers know how to keep themselves safe from exposure to COVID-19
• Masks are mandatory for all customers and employees (exception of shop mechanics when social distancing is possible)
• Gloves are worn when cleaning
• Frequent hand washing encouraged and signs posted
• Covid-19 information posted on heal

How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our workplace
Physical distancing and separation
• Limit to number of persons allowed in the customer waiting area and common areas. The limit allows space for the people in the area to distance 6 feet
• Sign on doors informing people of the restriction in numbers allowed in the area
• If the capacity is at the limit customers are asked to wait outside
• Plexi-glass partition between employee and customer at front desk
• Hand sanitizer available for customers at the front desk
• Hand sanitizer available to employees throughout the building
• Contactless payment options are available and/or credit card machine is cleaned after each use. Cleaning
• Using hospital grade CDC approved sanitizer to disinfect common areas
• Using hospital grade anti-bacterial cleaner to disinfect high touch areas in customer vehicles prior to employees going in and out
• Frequent sanitization and disinfecting of facility and high touch areas/surfaces

Curious about our contactless appointments?

Here's how it works:

- Simply request this option when booking your appointment.
- Use our secure key drop off box to drop off your vehicle for service at the time of your appointment.
- Our certified mechanics will ensure that masks are worn while servicing your vehicle and that all high contact areas of your vehicle (steering wheel, seats, mats etc...) are disinfected upon arrival and before pick up.
- We will call you when your vehicle is ready for pick up and can process payments over the phone.
- Pick up your car! We can lock keys in cars and park them in our designated service center pick up parking spots.
