This is a letter that was mailed to us...
To: the thibideau auto center miscouche

As christmas approaches, once again this year we look back on the past year and count our many blessings. One we really cherish is the help we received at this auto center last August when our old trucks gas line sprung a leak. We were camped down at crystal beach and planning to head back home to Ontario the next day when the leak was discovered. The staff at the campground suggested a couple of shops in miscouche and so arrived here rather desperate as our last resort. To us they were courteous and helpful even taking us down the road to get some lunch where we also picked up some baked goods. The work they did on the gas line was top notch even to the point of upgrading previous repairs.i have chosen to invest in this 2002 GMC as our camping vehicle and it has served us well with two trips to BC and this year to the east coast. Once repairs were completed, we headed to Abrams village for the rest of the day. Upon returning to our RV to our surprise we found the baked goods we had left behind at the shop hanging on the door handle of our trailer. We are so thankful and appreciative of the way this family business generously came to our rescue when we needed it without taking advantage of the situation. I encourage you to post this letter of appreciation in your shop and hope to drop by sometime the next time we return to PEI. Once again a big thank you and have a wonderful Christmas and successful new year.
