Accounting Clerk
There are exciting things happening at Minden Subaru, and as our business continues to grow and evolve, so does our team!
With growth comes new opportunities, and we’re currently looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team.
We’re proud to be a locally operated dealership and a workplace where many of our employees have built long-standing careers. What You’ll Be Doing:
-Accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Processing invoices and payments
-Bank and account reconciliations
-Maintaining accurate accounting records
-Filing and general administrative duties
-Assisting with month-end processes
-Supporting our management and accounting team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Comfortable working with numbers and learning new systems
-Dependable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
-Previous bookkeeping, accounting or administrative experience is an asset
