We also have some community guidelines to make sure everyone has the best experience while they’re here. Only comments from the official Mercury Marine page (http://www.Facebook.com/MercuryMarineCanada) should be considered representative of Mercury Marine. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Mercury Marine in an official capacity. If you have an issue relating to warranty claims, service issues, dealer relations or other issues we cannot assist with on Facebook or other social channels, we recommend contacting Mercury Marine Customer Service using the methods listed above. While the Social Team will assist with directing you to the proper contacts for customer assistance and dealer relations, we will not address specific engine issues, troubleshoot technical problems, comment on warranty claims or provide extensive service advice. We reserve the right to remove commentary that is disruptive to the overall community and/or reveals personal information (phone numbers, email address, engine serial numbers, etc). • Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys. This includes legal action involving Mercury Marine, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Mercury Marine, or offering other legal advice.
• Posting of any personal information including, but not limited to, email address, phone number, or other personally identifying information. Mercury Marine reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines as listed above. We also reserve the right to block anyone who violates these guidelines from posting on our page.
