This is the official account for Mercury Marine Canada. This page is meant to provide an enjoyable experience to fans of our brand and we welcome all questions and commentary. We also have some community guidelines to make sure everyone has the best experience while they’re here. If you have a customer service issue, we recommend you contact Mercury Marine customer service for the fastest path to resolution. You may call 920-929-5040 or fill out the online form at https://www.mercurymarine.com/en/ca/contact/. We also respond to most comments on our Facebook wall. Only comments from the official Mercury Marine page (http://www.Facebook.com/MercuryMarineCanada) should be considered representative of Mercury Marine. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Mercury Marine in an official capacity. If you have an issue relating to warranty claims, service issues, dealer relations or other issues we cannot assist with on Facebook or other social channels, we recommend contacting Mercury Marine Customer Service using the methods listed above. While the Social Team will assist with directing you to the proper contacts for customer assistance and dealer relations, we will not address specific engine issues, troubleshoot technical problems, comment on warranty claims or provide extensive service advice. We reserve the right to remove commentary that is disruptive to the overall community and/or reveals personal information (phone numbers, email address, engine serial numbers, etc). Any content that is a violation of these terms, is contrary to our company values or does not contribute to the overall community will be deleted. • Uploading files or links that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers
• Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys. This includes legal action involving Mercury Marine, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Mercury Marine, or offering other legal advice.
• Posting of any personal information including, but not limited to, email address, phone number, or other personally identifying information. Mercury Marine reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines as listed above. We also reserve the right to block anyone who violates these guidelines from posting on our page.
