It has been an interesting and hard year.

I’m learning more every day about my burnout.
I want to thank all my customers that have checked up on me. It is greatly appreciated. I am working on getting better!

Each day seems better than the last.

Please keep in mind,
Stress is real
Burnout is real
Mental health is real
and Su***de is not the answer!

I learned too late, if you don’t look after yourself, your body and mind will do it for you. The results are not good.

Everyday i work on being better than the day before. I dont know if i will ever be the person i once was but I’ll be okay with what I have become.

Most of all I am thankful to all that have entered my life.
