Oh Canada, how far you have fallen.
Throttle House, simply the best car related content out there, and Canadian too, awesome.
This video though, while showcasing the awesomeness of the Alfa Romeo Giulia, also shows just how far Canada has fallen due to crime, specifically car theft.
You see, Thomas (one of the hosts) bought a beautiful, brand new, Toyota Land Cruiser, last year, and was forced to get rid of it, to protect his family, and his personal well being, because of course, someone tried to steal it. He goes on to state, that you simply cannot own a Toyota Land Cruiser (or a Lexus GX) in Canada. How INSANE is that statement?
Yet it is 100 percent true! Yes Canada is the auto theft capital of the world!
This post isn't about how we (Lockdown Security) can protect your vehicle (although full disclosure the tech we provide stops your vehicle from being stolen, basically our tech gives the middle finger to the car thief and keeps your vehicle, YOUR vehicle).
No this post is about how sh*tty this country has become under the current leadership on all levels, regional, provincial, federal, corporate, all of them have failed the citizens of Canada by not taking a stand against what is effectively the destruction of a once great society.
Imagine a time, where one of the BEST automotive channels on the planet is proudly created in Canada, yet, even they can't have nice things, for fear of theirs and their families lives, this is insane.
Oh Canada how far you have fallen...but know Lockdown Security is here to play a small role in protecting your citizen's vehicles, and giving the ability to have nice things, that people work hard for, back to the people.
To all forms of leadership in Canada, you all suck, you aren't doing the jobs you were hired/elected to do, and you are destroying what so many people worked, and sacrificed their lives to build, shame on you.
